In stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days.

In the UK I use Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is tracked, insured and will require a signature upon receipt.

International orders will be sent via an appropriate international equivalent. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot accept any responsibility for delays to delivery caused by customs.

Returns should be requested within 14 days by contacting the workshop. Jewellery should be returned unworn and in the original packaging, via an insured courier. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return. Made to order items are not eligible for return.
