I’m Becca, a jewellery designer and goldsmith creating original pieces from an independent studio on the Cornish coast.

Having studied in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, I have worked with some of the country’s most respected (and kindest) goldsmiths. From a Victorian workshop in a big city, to a 17th century building in a little town, I work with people to design and realise their dream jewellery ideas.

Whether I am making new pieces for my shop, creating one-of-a-kind commissions, or helping others to create their dream wedding rings, after 15 years I’m still fascinated by the possibilities of jewellery design.
Discretely inscribed on many pieces of my jewellery are a small collection of markings, called hallmarks. This includes a unique ‘sponsor’s’ mark that signifies it is a Becca Williams piece.
What is hallmarking? Everyone could see the thirteenth loaf in the baker’s dozen, ensuring a fair trade for the buyer; a hallmark is another visible form of consumer protection, proving you get the precious metal you pay for.
